• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from ab678 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period is still active, you must not attempt to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that would constitute a violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account with ab678 at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ab678 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change to your account details. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Account Security

You must keep your ab678 username and password strictly confidential. ab678 will never ask you to disclose your password. You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ab678 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab678 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side; however, your mobile wallet or card issuer may apply transaction fees at their discretion. ab678 is not responsible for any such third-party charges.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ab678 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made through unsupported or unregistered payment methods will be rejected and returned to the originating account where technically possible.
• All deposited funds must be owned by the account holder. Deposits from third-party sources, including deposits made using another person's bKash or Nagad account, are prohibited.
• ab678 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
• ab678 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from any illegal activity. Any deposits identified as suspicious may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ab678 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met in full. Withdrawing before completing the required rollover will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• ab678 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as determined by our AML and KYC policies from time to time.
• Processing times for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically between 5 and 30 minutes. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank Nexus, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported institutions may take up to 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ab678 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as stated in the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds that expire before rollover completion are forfeited.
• ab678 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or use of more than one account.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid on specified games only, for a specified period, and for a specified stake per spin. Any winnings from free spins may be subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and BPL/IPL cricket promotions — are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is live.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game wagers placed on the ab678 platform. Game-specific rules for individual titles (for example, Aviator, Dragon Tiger, or Deuces Wild) are governed by the rules embedded within each game by its provider.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ab678 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• ab678 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed with an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Where reasonably practicable, ab678 will notify affected players before voiding such bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout for a market will be capped at that limit. Where a maximum payout limit was not displayed due to a system error, the platform's default maximum payout limit will apply.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Opening, operating, or using more than one account simultaneously, or attempting to re-register after an account has been suspended or permanently closed by ab678.

• Using or attempting to use the platform if you are under 21 years of age, subject to a self-exclusion order, or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab678 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ab678 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the ab678 platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab678, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ab678 platform, even if ab678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ab678's total cumulative liability to you arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ab678 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Privacy
